Cancellation of an entire team

An entire solo or duo team can cancel its participation in the competition under the following conditions:

​

• More than 2 weeks before the activity

  • 25% of the registration fee will be refunded.

​

• Less than 2 weeks before the activity​

  • No refund.​

Changing a person within a duo team

​

Within a duo team it is possible to change one of the participants / partners:

​

• More than 1 week before the activity

  • Change partner free of charge

​

• Less than 1 week before the activity

  • A processing fee of €5 will be charged

​

Changing race duration​

​

Changes can be made up to 1 week before the activity.
(e.g. changing from THE24 to THE12)

• Upgrade to a longer competition duration

  • The price difference will be added

​​

• Downgrade to a shorter competition duration

  • Free of charge

 

Cancellation of the competition by the organization

​

If due to unforeseen circumstances the event cannot take place on the planned date, existing registrations will initially be moved to a new date. At that time, as a second option, participants are also given the right to cancel their participation free of charge.
